Return Policy: Your satisfaction is important to us. Charles Fradin Home offers the finest quality products. We accept returns on non-personalized products up to 15 days from delivery date and will issue you a credit from Charles Fradin Home. The item must be in its original packaging, in its original box and have the packing slip included. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective. We recommend that you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt until credit is issued. Credits will be issued upon receipt of the product in good condition.
Custom and Personalized stationery: Personalized stationery cannot be returned for credit except for production errors. We encourage you to check your online order thoroughly before submitting your personalized order. Remember to check for spelling in names and addresses. Charles Fradin Home is not responsible for these types of errors.

Shipping: We ship orders within 48 hours on weekdays. Personalized stationery orders will take 4 – 6 weeks to process. Ground shipping takes 2 – 6 days in the continental United States. Charles Fradin Home ships from California.

Second day delivery ( delivery within 2 days from order ) $ 30.00
Overnight delivery ( delivery on the next buisness day from order ) $ 40.00

As a result, risk of loss and title of the purchased items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
