Return Policy: Charles Fradin Home will accept items for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and resalable condition. All returns will be subject to shipping charges and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Personalized and Custom Products: Personalized and Custom Orders are non-returnable unless there was a mistake in the printing process.
